Actually, I am looking for an apartment, and having read what is written, I would rent here. It seems to me as though management is holding people to the rules, which is hard to find. I have lived next to apartments with ballplayers and "your ---- does stink". You get no special favors in apartments when you inconvenience everyone else.
No, I do not work for managemenet, but I would from what I have heard.
