Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
While leasing at Turf Club:
* Shower head was broken, not usable-never repaired, after repeated requests.
* There was no towel bar, only holes in the wall. So much for 2 bathrooms.
* The office staff was rude, not once-always.
* The office staff did not apply my rent payments to my account.
* I overpaid the office staff to keep my credit in good standing. I left a forwarding address and have still not received a refund.
* The grounds are a mess, i.e., oil on parking area, trash all over the place.
