The complex is getting up there in years, and it shows. We have pretty bad carpeting, an AC unit that barely works, and the bathroom is pretty run-down. The living room lets in very little light due to the overhang of the balcony above our apartment. Also, we can hear everything our upstairs neighbors do. The staff is nice, but their response time to maintenance requests is poor; I had to visit them personally to have a bad leak in my bathroom fixed because no one came for several hours when I called my request in.
Overall, I would not recommend this complex to anyone, when for not too much more you could probably rent something a lot nicer.
