It's okay, but the windows and patio door are horrible, I could feel air coming through the sides even with the windows closed tightly and AFTER they supposedly re-caulked after complaints. The bath/shower caulking won't ever last more than a month before it starts cracking & peeling, and formica is used instead of tile. A/C is not central - it's a wall unit at the farthest corner of the living room so you have to use a fan to get it back to the bedroom(s). It's fairly spacious (I do love the walk-in closet and the pantry) but certainly nothing fancy if that's what you're looking for. It's a good place (except for the windows) to get back on your feet or to start out.
