Doing everything over the internet moving from out-of-state I was nervous about what I would arrive upon. The apartments weren't bad, especially for the price. It was clean with new carpet, the entryways and hallway were somewhat unkept and the neighborhood/complex was noisy (especially since I overlooked the parking lot). After voicing some of my concerns the management was very helpful in finding an apartment that I would be happy with. I was amazed that they would be so helpful and understanding in transferring my lease. Although it was thier right, there were no surprise charges and they refunded my full move-in amount, excluding the week I rented.

I could not have been happier with the experience.
