When I first move in, I noticed the patio, the windows and blinds were dirty. The faucets are old and water drips all the time. There was a water leak on the top floor which went down to my kitchen and dining room. They fixed the problem the next day. From the top floor, you can hear your neighbor's foot steps, children jumping and stereo playing.

This year, Denver had record heat of over 90 for 23 days straight. There are no air conditioning units in the bedrooms. Rent was reasonable at first then jumped to 30% after two years.

95% of the tenants, are smokers and the remaining 5% are children. There was one early morning apartment fire on the same building I lived. That unit was not livable afterwards,

On occasion, some tenants and their visitors would party on the swimming pool till 3:00AM. At least once a month, Littleton Police would visit the apartment complex.

There are still gangs in the area. They celebrated July 4th by setting off firecrackers around 4AM for two consecutive days.

I lived there a long time ago; seems like little has changed. That's about right, except you left out the gang members screaming and fighting in the parking lot all the time.

Amen I think I live in the same building you do. If I didn't hate moving so much I'd have been out of here, but they give you barely any time to find another place after they raise your rent $80/month. Inconsiderate tenants, fighting (not only gang members but domestic disputes too). Oh and don't forget about the dogs that bark continuously, or the people with more than 2 pets that are more than the allowed 70lbs. And those who drop crap from uppper floors onto patios of the lower floors.
