The apartment was very affordable, but we had many problems. Maintenance was not done well, and the staff was not very helpful and friendly. The put one of out rent checks into someone else's account and then threatened to charge late fees since we "did not pay on time". We had a leak in our bathroom, and instead of taking dry wall out to avoid future problems, they just put cauking on the wall. The hot tub was closed early at times for no reason, and the grounds were a mess with people's dog poop. The master bedroom window accrued ice on the inside in the winter time due to poor insulation. When we moved in, they failed to tell us that the connections for the washer and dryer in our particular unit were only for stackables, and we owned side by side ones. The day we moved in we found out ours would not fit and we had to buy brand new ones.

I FOUND THE BEDBUGS THE WORST. WE MOVED OUT 1 1/2 MONTHS AGO AND THE BUGS HAVE COME WITH US... PLUS EVERY WORK ORDER YOU TURN IN GETS LOST, AND THE WORK NEVER DONE. ALL IN ALL IT IS VERY POORLY RUN. EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE TO PUT UP WITH.
