I have lived in the Turf Clubs for 8 months and have never had such bad customer service. Management refused to acknowledge tenant problems, they seem to ignore them thinking that if they wait long enough we will forget and go away.

Problems, Problems, Problems...

1. We hear every step our upstaris neighbors take. Did we complain' Yes for 7 months... What happened you may ask' After 6 months we sent a letter to corporate office... Oh my what happened then' They ignored us, sent the letter to onsite management, who in turn called and got mad at us for complaining to corporate.

2. Two days after that fiasco, we get a notice on our door that the rent we paid in person 4 days earlier had not been paid. I call and complain, they admit they were wrong, apologize and promise to fix the problem. Well they fixed it, the next day they left a notice of evication precedings on the door. Only when threatened with another letter to corporate did they truly fix the problem.

3. THe floor thing... still not fixed. It is their Capital Improvement Analysis that they cannot afford to fix the floor and that we can either break the lease and give them $2000 or change apartments at our own expense. Haha!

4. The pool was closed almost all summer. They blamed the residents. I say, cheap ----.

5. The workout room is a joke, it has four pieces of equipment. A 30 year old bike, a 20 year old stair steppper, and a treadmill that takes a month to fix when it breaks.

6. Oh yeah, the neighbors' We call them the trailer next door. It looked nice when we moved in, then the hell started. Hoodlums in the parking lot at all hours drinking and getting high and screaming. Young boys screeching out of the parking lot at all hours. Neighbors who put tarp over their balconies, it looked like a trailer park. The worst part, the apartment above us and below us keep their pets on their balconies, do I need to explain the smell. We cannot use the balcony half the summer because of the smell and the flies.

I saw run now, it may look nice, but hell soon sets in!
