Small apartments in good location, with an elevator which is a plus. Apartments are extremely dated and the management has no qualms about keeping your security deposit. They also make you pay a portion of the water, with no meter to measure your own usage. This owner is a jerk and will nickel and dime you to death. If you have to move-in here, I would advise negotiating 0.00 deposit, because you will never see it again. Good Luck
