When I first moved in I thought this was heaven. Clean parking parking lot, lots of parking, quiet neighbors, and pet owner's that cleaned up after their pets.

Generally speaking the complex is nice. The apartments are built with good materials. Supposedly these were built to be sold.

The maintenance men are courteous and fix things when a request is made.

Management leaves a bit to be desired as the older Manger tends to be abrasive and aloof. I haven't had any issue with any part of my lease, but an un-friendly glare through the office window as I pay my rent(on-time every month) is not very welcoming. The younger woman that works in the office is very nice and is very helpful. I always try to make sure that I deal with her if I have to request anything. The office is closed at random times during the week, two hour lunches are regularly taken and most of the time the office closes before the posted hours of operation. Also, often both managers regularly park in the handicapped spaces and future resident parking. I'm thinking that the managers should set an example for the residents....If we aren't allowed to park there during business hours...neither should they. As for the handicapped spots...no one regulates this and I have seen many a person with an actual handicap hang tag have to park on the street because of the lack of enforcement.

As for the other residents...

Over the last 6 months the cops have been here at least once a week, families of 8 are living in 2 bedroom apartments, people are screaming at each other in the parking lot at 2am. Dogs are allowed to defecate on the side walk and no one cleans it up. Maybe it's time they hire a security company to patrol the grounds at night so they can weed out the bad seeds that are chasing out the good tenants.

The people that I've seen moving in seem to be the type that found out that the rent was cheap and the apartments are nice. It's like living with the Beverly Hillbilies. Pearls before swine. If you want to live amongst the type that like loud pipes on their sudo-monster trucks that feel the need to prove how manly they are by reving their truck engines at 4am as they peel out of the neighborhood...this is the place for you. Also if you like teens on mini bikes running circles around your building at 9pm...you'll find this place to be heavenly.

Quiet, educated adults be warned...this is almost as bad as living in the dorms.
