Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I have lived here for nearly 2yrs and it has been miserable. My neighbors upstairs have a squeaky bed and I can hear EVERYTHING! Management does not help. If you are a smart person you would not live here. Yes rent may be reasonable but you get what you pay for, trashy people,horrible manegement,horrible parking and noise that you can't even sleep with. Yes, my neighbors upstairs have parties all the time, somtimes until 3am and management won't take care of it. And in case of emergencies, police have a hard time finding the buildings(the end up going to the condos next door)
Overall, I love the apt. but everything else isn't worth living here for.
