I have lived here for about a year, and the first couple of days were o.k. The second week the mess had started. The noise in these apartment are unbeleiveable. The walls our papaer thin, you can hear everything. We had problem with our neighbors with very loud noise, and we told the management about it, and they told us they didn't know how to solve the problem, and this is the management team. They change management every other day in this complex. They can not keep a mangement team together no more than three month, becasue it is so much a hell hole to keep in tact. The place is very very dirty, we had rats running around our porch and it took the about a week to send someone out to try to catch them. I had to call the main office in california for someone to address the situation. Then i find out the they do SECTION 8, which is causing alot of problem. They will except anyone that walk through the door. This place looks good on the outside,but the inside is a big MESS.
