Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
It seems as though the manager wants everyone to move out. She treats all the tenents like crap. She charges everyone for every little thing. I had to pay $450 dollars for my rent being a day late. I couldnt believe it. She gets a kick out of robbing the tenents, and then she drives away in her brand new car. I have never been treated this horribly
