Where shall I begin'' The staff here at westlake is AWFUL! I was robbed (one of the maintenance guys) and all of my things were gone but my roommates' things were ALL still there. The staff did NOTHING even after the police told them it was clear that one of the maintenance guys was involved. They did NOTHING to get me out of the lease KNOWING very well that I did not feel safe. The manager HA HA HA HA is truly a _________!! After you sign the lease, the staff wants nothing to do with you. If you forget to pay rent by the 2nd day, they raise it back up to full rent which is around 1300 dollars. This place is ridiculous and I will continue to let people know that this place is NOT worth the money. Why do you think they have such cheap rent'' Because they are desperate to find the next person whom they can screw over and take advantage of. Good luck to all in your search.
