I was so scared to move to Westlake Greens after reading the reviews on here. However, after 4 months, I really like it!!

The floor plans are beautiful - they are spacious, light, and airy. Things such as crown molding and built in bookcases really make a difference.

My building is SO quiet. I know a lot of people complained about the noise, but I guess I got lucky. With ANY apartment you risk having noisy neighbors! I also have a lovely view of the golf course - and to the person who said it's nothing, for me it is absolutely worth the extra $30.00 a month I pay!!

I've never had a problem finding a place to park, nor have my guests.

The grounds are well maintained. Some people don't pick up after their dogs, but I've found most do. My one complaint about the grounds would be that there aren't a lot of paths to walk along. There's a partial path walking along the golf course, but it always ends!

I love the location - so convienent! I know it will suck with shopping traffic around the holidays, but honestly, traffic is bad all over metro Denver.

The one problem I had, maintenence responded that day and fixed my garbage disposal. I was very impressed. Office staff has been great - always happy to answer my questions.

Overall, I LOVE living here and would recommend it to anyone!
