This place was CRAP

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
When I first moved in this place was great... But it went downhill and FAST... Always a problem, no on picks up their dogs crap, the maintence guys suck, management is a joke... Then when I got transfered out of state by my job they're now trying to charge me a lease break fee which is ILLEGAL in the state of CO!!!
