The office staff is about as useful as a bathing suit in Antarctica. I have had the maintenance staff over multiple times to fix the same thing, and they always make a mess. I have a one year old and when we moved in there were nails all over in the carpet. My car has been hit by golf balls multiple times, one of those resulting in a severely cracked windshield which had to be replaced at my own expense. The apartment itself smells like kitty litter in the laundry room and the bathrooms. I have been trying to freshen it up, but after 3 months I can still smell the previous renters pets. If you are a pet owner this is fine but if you have allergies, or an aversion to stinky places, search elswhere. Also, It sounds like the people above me are moving their furniture around every night they are so loud. Also, we can smell it in our apartment whenever they are smoking.

You DECIDED to live next to a golf course! How can it be the community's fault if you car is hit by a golf ball?? Call the golf course or get a garage! Also how is it someone else's fault if your neighbor smokes?? Try talking to them instead of venting online. p.s. buy some febreeze or move.
