I signed an 18 month lease of hell!! The apartment I rented had mold in the windows and walls. I moved out of the apartment and they are charging me over $1000 to replace the old carpeting in the apartment. The management staff is rude and the apartment is overpriced. Parking is also something you have to pay for, as there is no parking here!! I recently bought a house and am so happy I never have to live in an apartment again.

Be very careful of Legacy Partners. We broke our lease with them and not only did the keep our deposit they recently sued us for more than $1500 (we broke our lease when we had less than 1 month left on our lease...if we had just paid it would have only been $800. We broke our lease because our downstairs neighboor was harrassing us and banging on our ceiling and scarring the devil out of our 3 year old daughter...it was too sad watching her hide under her bed EVERY NIGHT knowing the managment would do nothing to stop this lunitic. We lost in court because "a lease is a lease" regardless of how much time is left on it...
