I have lived at this complex for several years. Circumstances prevented me from moving The management is defensive, and unresponsive to resident concerns and maintenance issues. 10 year old appliances and countertops should be replaced. Just because the complex is located adjacent to a golf course should not rate the type of rents that they are asking. I don't think they know what customer service! I would not recommend this complex to anyone!

I have lived at Westlake Greens for three years. I completely disagree with the individual who provided this rating. Management is very helpful. I had a maintenance issue recently and in less than 24 hours a maintenance professional came to my apartment and it was soon resolved. Westlake Greens is well-maintained, safe and quiet. I highly recommend my apartment home complex to everyone. S. Horan

Obviously, you must live on the golf course which would account for your response of the complex being quiet. I grant you that maintenance is ok. However, what I was referring to was management's "I could care less" about your problems attitude. It took almost 9 months to remove several people who had parties into and through the middle of the night. And management's refusal to believe this occured, even though security was called, boggles my mind! Their stock answer is that we have to follow protocol. Again, worried about lawsuits instead the well being of the residents.
