While there are a few issues with management, the guy who was a real jerk is gone now. The ladies in the office are responsive and friendly. Maintenance is done promptly. My apartment is nice with moulding and a great balcony. The only thing wrong is most doors don't have knobs that turn, just a small fixed knob which can be disconcerting. I've caught my fingers painfully a few times. I have a cat and rent out a garage, it is nice enough inside. During heavy rains it floods so I'd put boxes up off the floor. They charge for trash and water and waste a lot of warer here, plus there is no recycling. One other major concern is that they don't respect your privacy as well as they should. The worst thing is they advertise a safety patrol. The one time I called them it was obvious they were off site - they asked, which apartments are you calling about'
