This was my husband's and my first home after we got married and it was fantastic! The sales/management/maintenance staff were always professional but friendly and courteous. Our apartment (2nd story, building 10) overlooked the golf course. We never had any issues with our neighbors. We never had to turn the heater on last winter because the apartments around us kept ours warm -- hence a very low power bill! I would recommend it to my friends & family.
