Beautiful.... but far from perfect!

There are about 400 units and only 2 maintenance workers, so don't expect to get your repairs done in good time!
The staff are great when you are interested in the place, but once that lease is signed, you are not a top priority. Numerous calls and office visits go unnoticed by the staff. And don't even try to get things done by going to the Assistant Manager (BW).. he is the slowest, most discourteous, and seriously in need of customer service training, person ever. And don't get attached to any of the other staff members either...they seem to change every month!
Parking is not a problem, as long as the entrance gates to the complex are working.... which is a rarity!!!!
