Awful experience

I agree with you about the long wait to get things repaired. We were told that we could not see the apartment until we moved it, but not to worry as their maintenance people were great and the apartment would be inexcellent condition. WHAT A JOKE!!!! It took at least a month after we had moved in for them to get our apartment in a decent condition. And this was only because of numerous calls and visits to the Crest office management. Their lack of concern is appalling.
Sound insulation is awful... I hear everything my neighbors upstairs do!
