I moved into The Crest when it was brand new. In the last two years it's gone from a fairly nice place to live, to a hovel. The staff is rude, maintainance is non existant, and the quality of residents has steadily decreased. Examples:
1: I got a bacterial infection from the complex's hot tub.
2: A few residents have loud car stereos and exhausts, many people have complained, but the complex has done nothing.
3: Maintainance requests NEVER get filled.
4: Someone spilled chocolate milk in a stairwell, and it stayed there for 3 weeks, until the smell became overpowering.

I've seen nicer housing projects than The Crest.
