NO one maintains the cement inside buildings, there is all kinds of trash and grease on the steps inside buildings. Kitty litter and cat feces in parking lot... Very disgusting. The small amount of grass that exists on property is covered in dog feces, and the grass is yellow from dog urine. In fact, the dog upstairs urinates on my patio constantly, but crappy management does nothing. They don't even respond when you call with a problem, like "my dishwasher doesn't work" or "my garbage disposal is clogged"... They don't even reply. They mgmt is rude and makes you wait forever to get your packages. The doors in apartment don't close because of the shifting foundation, and you can hear EVERYTHING, especially the 80 lb Lab that lives upstairs. gate has hardly worked since I've lived here. Hot tub is hardly hot...Just ridiculous.
