The Crest is alright. I haven't had any maintence problems, so I can't comment on that. But the hallways are really dirty. There is dirt, trash and sticky stuff everywhere. The gym is alright, but the treadmills hardly ever work. The pool is too small for the amount of people that live in the complex. The noise level can get a little out of control. The people above me liked to have wrestling matches and the lights and pot rack would shake really bad. They moved out and the people who replaced them started something on fire a few days ago. That was a little unsettling. Overall, its an okay place to live if you are starting out. Its a little expensive for what you get, though. Look around before signing the lease.
