We are getting ready to move out of our apartment, after a very painful year lease. Please, please pass this place up. Do not be fooled by special pricing and the looks of the apartments, it is not worth it. You are going to deal with trash everywhere, the grounds are unkept, parking is a nightmare and the office personnel is rude and impolite--just to name a few things. Take all the advice you have read in the reviews for this place, this has been the most that I have ever spent for an apartment, but it has by far been the worst experience of my 7 years living in apartments. These are by far the slums of Lone Tree, please don't even think about living here until the management gets their act together and starts treating the residents with some respect--and the less people that move in here, the better.
