Wow!
I don't know what the last person was talking about but this place is definitely NOT how the last person is saying. I have been here for almost 2 years and there has been 6 different managers. The security gates were a seller for us but have been broken for OVER a year. So much for paying all that rent for no security. If this place were really "upscale", then there would be a lot more fix ups. They constructed the parking lots horribly. You're lucky if you get a spot and people park illegally all the time making it hard not to hit them with your car trying to pass on the narrow streets. That will make a good law suit against Crest. Not only is it hard to park, the people who do have garages use them for storage which again is not allowed but Crest does nothing about it.
As far as the trash. It looks junky when people leave it out on the lawn instead of walking to the dumpsters. If there isn't trash, there is broken beer bottles and cigarette butts everywhere. It goes to show that crest doesn't correct anyone. They give out "nice" little flyers but never enforce anything. And why even have a lawn when the grass is half dead with dog crap anyway.
The gates to the swimming pool are broken as well, so anyone can get right into them. I even had a girl admit they swim here all the time without no one knowing they don't even live here.
When talking to this new manager the other day, she didn't even care to listen to my concerns. She said, "that's all in the past, we are focusing on the future". Well how in the world do you fix future problems if you are not willing to listen to the residents who have been here in the past longer than the manager' She was also very rude and abrupt when bring up any concern I had trying to end the cnversation. If you're a current resident you get no respect. They're nice to you in the beginning to take your money, but after that, good luck bringing up problems to them. I am so glad to be moving out of here. You have to wonder why there are so many of us established people moving out and the kids moving in who's mommy's and daddy's pay the rent so they can trash the place and have no respect for others property.
Sure, when we moved in things were different, but that is because the management was respectable and there was no turnover in management. They treated you like a person. And if Lone Tree is "so nice", you have to wonder why there is so much turnover and the place is getting run down quick.
Sure they look nice on the outside, but take a long hard look. Really look at the grounds, the broken gates, the trash filled lawns, the rude people. There is a reason why the decent rule following people are leaving. I could go on for hours but you get the jist.
If you rent here it is a complete waste of your money.
