You see this now and think, this person is just mad - NO - the management here is horrible. Completely oblivious to the fact that employees at an apartment complex should pay attention. We have recieved 4 notices that were completely wrong. One time they attempted to force us to pay overages and late fees for not turning in rent when the check was right in front of them! (they gave some lame excuse saying "You should write your apartment number on your check" - weve never done that before...huh..) the manager is a very eager to control person who dosen't even follow up on why someone is getting an eviction notice.

Ok so enough about the idiot staff. Have any of you ever seen a green pool that smells of sewage' Welcome to the Crest at Lone Tree for over three weeks. THey never powerwash their inside hallways so lines of trash liquid tarnishs your path out to the parking lot where you had no place to park. So you walk a mile past the overflowing trash cans (see picture by clicking here: ) and then proceed directly to the non working gate (its never worked) apparently that part of the managements companies budget just isn't paying anything out.

This property has went downhill ever since this lame company bought it. Go to their website www.riverstoneres.com and see how they enhance the lives of their cusotmers by providing luxury residences then come spend a day with us at the Crest and relize just how much of a lie that really is. If you doubt me, MOVE IN, and join in on the fun. When the pool is pink, we can have a party and invite the wonderful management.
