Having just moved out, I now know why everyone hates the staff. ----- is the meanest, most unsympathetic witch who is only out to steal money from those who choose to leave. Honestly....nickel and dime'''' IF you are planning on moving out, make sure that you get a professional cleaning crew to clean before you leave, do not have one stain on your carpet or they will determine your entire apartment carpet needs replaced, and replace the drip pans, they will charge you for all of them even if you leave one drip(aren't they called drip pans') on the pans....Sliding glass door lock never worked, even after several calls to maintenance, both smoke alarms did not work, one was finally replaced, but the other one was taken but never replaced, even after several calls, I received a notice on my door after attending a week trip away that my rent had not been paid... funny.. i paid my rent before i left town a couple days early. I left several messages as well as emails, yet no one would respond. I was leaving to go out of the country the very next morning and I had to call several times from an international location to figure out what was going on....well, they decided that my check was only for a couple hundred dollars instead of 1200 (even though one thousand, two hundred was clearly written out in words....so determined I was 1000 dollars short in my rent, when I had paid my rent on time and in full every month prior....Also, my neighbors above me had two dogs that were each over 75 pounds at the very least (isn't that a violation of the lease')... their dogs would run marathons around their apartment and it sounded as if the ceiling were going to come crashing down... oh and they also liked to come home very intoxicated at 2 am and have knock down domestic drag-outs calling each other every name in the book...I could not even leave my windows open because the girl who lived there would use disgusting and vulgar language as loudly as she possibly could shouting at the top of her lungs. I have three young children, so you can imagine how difficult it was for me to expose my children to this kind of lifestyle. I voiced many complaints as well, but nothing ever gets done around there... If you think you have a problem, don't think you will get it fixed, you will only get a mean and nasty response from -----, who believes she is nothing but professional, and she will tell you how it is all your fault and none of theirs...after all that i have read about her, I thought it was just me.. sounds like they need to fire this ridiculous "assistant manager"....hmmmm... i would think twice.. if customer service is important to you, these women who run this building don't know what those two words mean... seriously! One time they called the Lone tree Police on some college age boys who were having fun in the pool and drinking beer which had not been against policy until just about a few weeks prior when they decided to make a new rule....SEVEN Lone tree police showed up... hey! there is a good use of our tax dollars!!!! because, this wild and crazy college boy really needed 7 cops to get him under control... it made these women look like total idiots and there were plenty of spectators as the pool who felt the same way.. you could see everyone laughing at how stupid the whole thing really was.... pick anywhere but the crest or you will be sorry....make sure you hire a lawyer before you move out.... Oh and did I mention the 7 fire code violations they refuse to fix or even acknowledge'' Where is the fire chief's number, I need to make a call... i am sure out of spite the Crest and ----- the horrible will find a way to enact their revenge on me if I tattle!

Sorry you got evicted. You cant be so upset for people doing their job. In your review you state they wouldnt do anything for your complaints, than continue on to state that they over reacted for someone elses complaint. Where is the good middle? You are just unhappy and I am glad you are no longer my neighbor.

Odd. You must have done something wrong because whenever I'm in the front office the girls are nothing but sweet, ESPECIALLY -----. Maintence is alwasy quick to respond and are very curtious. And I'm glad there are not drunken frat boys hanging out in my pool.

Funny how the staff comes to the rescue to make up bogus reviews. Just ask the tenents, they all hate the place. I did not get evicted, I refused to sign a $300 rise in rent for section 8 style living!

people doing their job? are you kidding me? if people were actually doing their job, you would not have 74 percent of the people writing horrible reviews...we are not even talking just bad, these are awful reviews!...and all of the issues that are mentioned are the same across the board. The best thing that could happen is for the staff to be fired and to hire a new staff that actually knows what customer service is and actually cares. have you read any of the other reviews??? anonymous and hardworkingmama obviously are employees of the "hard working" staff....funny how the only few positive reviews mention staff members by name....totally pathetic.

Wow, after seeing these reviews I am no longer considering moving here. Regardless of what the details of the issue are, somebody screwed up big time, which is now causing the apartment complex to lose money - whoops.
