I did tour this community about 3 weeks ago and decided not to move-in because of the apartment ratings....This is something that prospective tenanats should be aware of. I then politely sent an email to the property thanking them for touring me and told them my reasons for not leasing, mainly apartment ratings. ----- then sent back a rude email telling me that I could not jump to any "hypothesis" without viewing both sides of a story. The "hypothesis" I was trying to relay to her is that she is the re-occuring theme throughout these ratings and not well liked, and her property has the worst ratings I have ever seen personally. How is this not the truth -----, unless the same person is getting on her and writing these things over and over again'''' I hope she gets a hint and realize that she can't treat people in such a domineering manner.

I dont know all the leasing folks by name, just her! She was the unfortunate one I had to deal with....Im sorry that your so bitter to my posting, these are my opinions. I respect the fact that you have never met me but know that I have nothing better to do....Last I recalled, this site is about "opinions" of the residents, so back off and let me say what I want to say. Thanks
