this place sure has some pissed off tenents, or ex tenents. Dont know what you guys expect in apartment living. No one in the office has ever been rude to me, although I dont spend much time trying to get to know them.... Who does' You are all a bunch of crazy pissed off people with nothing to do

I was looking for something close to school and work and thought this would be the right location, but after reading the hate mail this place gets, I think not. I think the evidence is that if a place has this many upset people, even if 50% said it was great...that is not the community for me. I want a place people love, not a place that has so many pissed off people and a staff that spends most of its time writing reviews to counterpoint its critics. The reviews I read of other apt complexes in the area assured me I can have the luxaries and conveniences without having to live with such horrible stress. BTW as I toured the area I watched people walking their dogs and leaving the dog crap, the dumpsters were overflowing and scattered with trash in the lot. And the staff I met, not very impressive. They were insincere and seemed only to care about a deposit and rental contract. They didn't interview me to see if I was a good fit with the community. This place is a wreck and the ownership really needs to review its action plan (might want to start with that lovable staff that is running th business into the ground). For those of you who say you LOVE this place, best of luck to you...I don't think you have a clue. p.s. saw two broken alarms and a missing extingisher when i toured...not a good.

We are crazy pissed off people that hate where we live, do you think that if had to stay here we would? If I wasnt in a 12 month lease I would be out of here in a heart beat. The staff blows, they are the worst staff I have ever dealt with and Im sorry to say that Sarah is the leading cause in that. She needs to learn "customer service" or at least the basics on how to deal with people. The management is what needs to change here, not the angry residents....Were angry for a reason.
