This is a poor medium and only attracts unhappy tenants and apartment shoppers.

It s possible to find a more thought out living arrangement then at the crest. The staff, especially Sarah, has always been professional and courteous beyond expectation. I would go so far as to say its the best apartment Ive ever lived in! If you are shopping around keep in mind how polarized the ratings are on this property. Honestly, I cant imagine how anyone could rate the crest as a one! I mean really' As far as the trash is concerned, the picture is a bit unfair. Maintenance unloads trash promptly and regularly and it seldom stays unsightly for long. As for rude tenants the crest staff aren't police! Look, the issue is age difference. The crest attracts a lot of young indifferent tenants. Letters are written, warnings are made but this issue goes far beyond the scope and responsibility of the crest. If you should choose to live here I would recommend getting to know your neighbors but this usually goes without saying for experienced apartment dwellers. Again, I know people who have moved from the crest to try other places only to return, that should tell you something!

Dream on! The simple fact that you rate parking a 5 when not even 1/3 of the people would recommend this property is evident that you are either a staff member or a friend of one. The office staff is irresponsible, slow to respond, self centered, and down right rude when confronted with problems. The housing is not even equal in quality or management to those adjacent properties. Be real! if you are so happy and live there, then why would you be on this site? Seems its for people who moved out or are looking for a new place. LIES is all that comes from ther Crest and the consistent staffers who post here!

I wish staff members werent allowed to write reviews. Sarah is a -----, straight up, no puns about it. She is consistently on here and thats because she stands out like a sore thumb ( literally) Its funny how all the 5.0 ratings are exactly the same.

This an apartment community nothing is perfect.. U r apart of the community take part if u c trash pick it up.. The staff at the office is not u personal maid.. I live at the Crest and I am happy.. Person who post possive about the Crest are not Staff. Some ppl want to c the rating on they community.. Grow up and if u want a maid buy one.. U just hate that someone has to tell u how it is. And u pick on Sarah.. R U IN HIGH SCHOOL?
