I really wish staff members weren't allowed to write reviews. This is meant for residents that want to share their own opinion of where they live. It just so happens that most people do not like the Crest, and for many good reasons. If you notice the ongoing themes throughout each and every review you will find that we do not have good parking here whatsoever, you will also find that when dealing with the staff especially -----, they are unpleasant and not friendly by any means. I just think that most people feel she is unprofessional and unfriendly and I would have to agree. Trash also is a problem here, there just aren't enough dumpsters or cans...period!

I would take the truth into consideration when choosing to live at this facility. You can tell which reviews are a hoax because there are like 2 that have 5.0 ratings and you can tell which ones are true due to the 10 that have a 1.0 rating.
