The apartment complex is gorgeous and wonderful to drive home too. However, The management of this place is hardly reputable. They are unorganized and unable to keep their paper work straight, let alone their heads on their shoulders. I have only lived there 3 months and they have already lost my rent payment, tried to evict me and charge me late fees! This is their problem not mine. I was responsible as I should be and paid my rent, they lost it! Good thing I have receipts for EVERYTHING. They try to nickel and dime you for everything. Also the city of Lone Tree does not charge their residents for trash pick up, but the Crest DOES! Big surprise. Go across the street to the Metropolitan lofts, The management over there is at least competent.

I have experienced the same at the Crest. The management is unprofessional and rude, especially Sara. This management company should be fired! My experience also includes trash all over the place all weekend long when my guest came to visit, and my guests were disgusted! SO WAS I!

I don't know where u got your information about the City of lone Tree not charge for trash but buddy every city does. I looked it up to see if I was wrong but Nope you are. Everytime I go to the office they are nothing but nice but I have seen my fellow renters b total jerk. I have never had my check lost but I hand it in early or on time. My question is were u late?

If you would be so kind to go to www.cityoflonetree.com. Click living and go to trash collection. You will find the following quote: "The City of Lone Tree is one of only two Colorado cities that provide residential trash services, free of charge, to its residents. The city contracts with Pro Disposal to provide those services." You are wrong Buddy. The fact that I pay on the 1st of every month with a money order insures I have no problems. The problem was on them. Not me. They talk about how they have over 400 properties... blah blah blah. Get it straight.

Something similar happened to a friend of mine. He was ONE day late on his rent on the last month of his lease. And it was a pro-rated month because he only had 3 weeks left on the lease. The late fee was $450 for being one day late. He knew about the late fee and managed to get the fee and rent to them. But for some reason at the time, there was some sort of issue that caused the Crest to not wouldn't accept it. So they went ahead and proceeded with eviction. Now even with the late fee and eviction, my friend expected they would charge him a couple grand. He later found out that the Crest filed a judgment against him for over $8,000. Oh....and I still live in Lone Tree and trash fees are included in my rent. So you do still have to pay for trash pickup, at least in apartments anyhow.
