I failed to heed the warnings of other reviews, thinking that 'that won't happen to me!'. Well, parking sucks, it's the worst run parking lot outside of L.A. If you show up to the apt after 9pm there is a chance that you will be parking outside the complex. There is dog feces everywhere, so stay off the brown spotted grass. And now, the new management; oh how things have improved(sarcasm)! Calls left on the office voicemail are never returned, ever. Then the office will tell you 'well i checked the messages but i didn't get yours'. The office is horribly understaffed, i waited 30 mins to simply pickup a package. And this is the norm...even with the new management. And paying rent is ALWAYS an issue. Do yourself a favor, don't be the next individual who is writing bad reviews because of a bad decision to move here. And don't judge a book by it's cover: on the outside the place looks just wonderful....and thats where the good ends!

Wow, some things never change. When I lived there in 2006, management talked about assigning parking spaces and fixing the gated entry. And the dog poo? Well, you can only blame the other tenants for that. Otherwise, the Crest should just ban dogs all together.
