new mangement (JPI) is horrible!!

I have lived here since December 2005, and everything was fine until the new management (JPI) came in and started changing everything. I am planning on moving out early and even though I have found a replacement they are still going to charge me $1000 when most places only charge a $50 admin. fee. Other than their outrageous fees I have had no problems

So wait, let me get this straight. Everything was fine until the new management came but then the last sentence said that the only problem you have is the "outrageous" fees. Hmm...you kinda contradict yourself. Do everyone a favor...Go get your GED and then attempt to write something that doesn't make you sound like an idiot.
