Metropolitan Review Great location but the mangement is not really on top of things. The elevator is broke once a week, hot tub freezing a few times a week and the pool is so cold you don't even want to put your feet in. They just got rid of all the treadmills for not crappy ellpiticals. I

Just MY Opinion I think apartments are not perfect but this one is by far the better one in Lone Tree. Every place you look at on here has it's pros and cons. Apartments could always use improvement. To make sure you get what you want and not have to deal with all the apartment mumbo jumbo BUY

wow this place sure has some pissed off tenents, or ex tenents. Dont know what you guys expect in apartment living. No one in the office has ever been rude to me, although I dont spend much time trying to get to know them.... Who does? You are all a bunch of crazy pissed off people

Horrible This place absolutely sucks. Noisy, terrible parking, terrible leasing office employees. Shoddily built apartments with electrical problems. Every time I plug the vacuum in in the loft...it shorts out my computers and lights. A/C doesn't work - gets hotter than hell in

Horrible! The new staff won't give you the time of day if you're living here. They lease to young, drunk Kids that are called on all the time.
No bathroom at the pool, so it's well known that people use the hot tub.....

Too noisy! I have only lived here for about a month and I'm already wanting to move out. The walls in these apartments are paper thin and I can hear everything, even my neighbor's nightly activities... if you know what I mean.
