My husband and I lived at Chateu Villa for exactly 12 years, in two different units. In that time there was several management changes although the ownership remained within the same family. Owners were frequently onsite.

The apartments are spacious and the gardens beautiful. A high school is located directly accross the street; football game and band rehersal noise is frequent. Additionally, the church located immediately west allowed skateboarding in their parking lot which started early in the AM and lasted until late in the evening - beware if you select a unit on that side. I also found I was unable to sit outside on the deck and have a phone coversation due to traffic noise.

Out of five buildings two are much newer and better constructed than the older ones, however, with all the woodwork in the newer apartments there is also an abundance of black mold.

I recommend, with caution.
