I have resided at Fox Ridge since June, 2002. Maintenance is slow and barely adequate. Construction is poor which makes for bad neighbor relations. Parking is a major problem. Management promises but seldom delivers adequate results. Garages have been a disaster since day one since a large number seldom work properly. They expect full rent on time but are very slow in meeting maintenance schedules. Management is quick to accuse residents of some act, often based on anonynous notes from other residents.
