This place is great. The management staff is very helpfull and professional. There have been a few problems with facilities, but these are to be expected with newly constructed complex. I moved in a few days after my building was finished! All problems have been resolved quickly. As a professional working in Boulder I find the nine mile comute a breeze. The views are amazing, I can see the entire Front Range from either of my TWO balconies. The complex is gated and secure. The resources in the "clubhouse" are very nice to have and are available 24 hours a day via a code card. Don't let unfavorable reviews decieve you, peolpe will always remember the one bad experience and fail to mention the many good ones. Overall, comfortable, quiet, affordable and I will be renewing my lease!
