I've lived here for a year and although it's a nice place to live, there have been some problems. I've never really had a problem with noise. I can hear my above neighbor when she's in the bathroom, but who cares. As for getting problems taken care of, they are awful. Management tends to give out a lot of excuses and places blame on everyone else. Each person likes to give out different stories/excuses as to why things are fixed when they said they would be. It's been over 90 degrees out and I've been waiting for 5 days to get my air conditioner fixed. When I moved in I was told that internet access was free, now that it is finally availabe (this took 6 months from when they said we would have it), we have to pay the installation cost. Parking is a disaster and the place is only half full. If it ever gets near full capacity I hope I'm not around. The apartments are very nice with plenty of storage space. Luckily the people that live there are very friendly.
