Here is a breakdown of reality here at Fox Ridge Apartments.
- Our garage was unusable due to faulty wiring with the door yet we still had to pay. The management NEVER got this corrected. After TWO months of back and forth BS with the management, they finally moved us to a garage that worked.
- The ceiling started to leak right above our expensive white couch in the living room in MARCH. Fortunately, we moved our couch and used a system of buckets and pans to catch the water but the leak created a very unsightly hole in the ceiling. We spoke with the management about this and were told it would be fixed the following week. We instructed them to contact us when this was done, of course, that did not happen so we called them back after it leaked AGAIN in APRIL. We spoke with management again and they told us that it was fixed and apologized for the delay and explained that it was "out of their hands" and was "the builders problem"'! So, we moved our couch back to the original position, it rained a week or two later, the CEILING LEAKED AGAIN, all over the couch and stained it as well.
It is now almost AUGUST and the ceiling is still NOT FIXED.
- The garbage, for the past couple of weeks, has not been collected in the bin, the dumpster has long since overflowed and now the bin basically serves as a garbage dump. The stench is horrible and there is now a rat problem.
- The security gate has never been set-up for security, it simply opens up by the weight of an approaching vehicle. What is the point'
- Many fellow residents reflect the same views that I have toward Fox Ridge Apartments. Do not be fooled by the reviews given by the owners or management of this place. The maintenance here is a joke
I do however have a few good things to point out:
- The grass looks nice
- The apartments look nice due to the fact that they are brand new.
Bottom-line: Rent from a establishment with competent management and maintenance.
