The noise factor is so bad that you can't use your computer, TV, sterio, vidio game console, DVD player/VHS, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refridgerator, sink, cabnets, bathroom, shower, tub, washer, dryer, telephone, fireplace, heating, and AC without a neighbors complaining. My neighbor upstairs chops up food and it sounds like his pounding the hell out of the ceiling. Neighbor next door beets the ever living crap out of kitchen cabnet. You can have two way conversations through the ceiling and walls which means you can hear everything elce going on yeah you now what. The construction is so poor that the outer wall are unisolated as well as the inner walls and ceiling. The builder must have paid off City of Longmont to cut so many corners. The walls are bowing from the weight from upstairs. My heating bill was all going to the neighbor upstairs costing as much as a 4 bedroom house. The door to outside and patio have wide gaps alowing insects and cold air in. I'm still waiting for the mice to die in the ceiling.
With out a dout I would not reconmend this apartment complex to anyone! and I mean anyone.

I have lived at Fox Ridge for almost three years and have never expierenced the noise problems mentioned here. In fact, having not lived in an apartment for years, I have been very pleased with how quiet the apartments are. I have never heard another radio, TV, voice, or any other unusual noises. This guy obviously hasn't lived in a 4 bedroom home as all heating bills have gone up due to increase's by Xcell Energy and are certainly not the fault of these apartments. I live in a three bedroom apartment and the energy costs are less than half of what I paid for my three bedroom home. My hat off to Fox Ridge and the wonderful staff and residents there.

I have lived at Fox Ridge for over a year and while I will admit I can occaisionally hear noises from my neighbors it's nothing that's ever kept me awake or disturbed me. The staff is terrific, the grounds are well kept and the apartments are definitely a notch above any others we looked at in the Longmont area. We are quite happy here and just renewed our lease. Don't judge this complex based on one guy's perspective.

yeah we've had the same issues...who allowed them to build these this way???? Then they raised the rent as if they were with the original rent for the 1st lease. The trash that the wind blows into our door area is never cleaned up. Maybe it's all where your at? (bldg)For the money it should be a lot better!!!!
