We stayed here for 9 months with no complaints. Loved the high ceilings, huge tubs, tons of storage. The kitchen in the three bedroom worked well, a little small, but well planned. I love the computer desk. The walls were a little thin, could hear my neighbors answering machine on the kitchen wall, but we seemed to only have one shared wall, none of the bedrooms shared a wall with a neighbor.

Only problems that I had were the carpeted dining room and the gaps under the entry door. Oh and the laundry room was kind of far from the outside wall, which made my dryer take twice as long to dry. Never had to call maintenance, so don't know about that.
