After moving from The Legacy (another complex in Longmont) to this place, I am not impressed. The staff is generally unresponsive to issues. I had to tell them 4 times to clean up the dog droppings in front of my door before they did anything. Very unsanitary.

The heat/air conditioning in the master bedroom of our 2 bedroom was completely inadequate. In the winter we were freezing, in the summer we were too hot. The temperature difference between the master bedroom and the rest of the place was about 5 degrees on the hottest days of the summer. We had to close some of the vents in the other rooms, and keep our bedroom door open to get any adequate temperature in the bedroom.

When the A/C is on, you can hear water running through the pipes in the second bedroom, which is very annoying. It stays on for several minutes after the A/C has cycled off as well.

Storage space is pretty small. Even the welk in closet is pretty small. Keeping with the small theme, the kitchen is rediculously small. It's maybe big enough for a 1 bedroom, but not for a 2 bedroom. And, the 3 bedroom kitchen size is the same as the 2 bedroom!

Another thing is the light switch for the living room. It's on the far side of the room, next to the sliding glass door to the patio. You have to walk across the whole living room to turn on the light. Also, the thermostat is right behind where you'd put your TV in the living room, which means any heat generated from the TV makes the thermostat think it's hotter than it really is.

Noise is a big problem. We hear our below neighbors and next door neighbors all the time. Lawn mowing starts at 7:30AM!!!

The nice things are that the wall color is not white, which was too boring for us. The more pale tan color is nice to have. Also, some of the views are nice.

All in all, not worth the price premium they charge. And, their use of the word "luxury" to describe this place is only accurate relative to other place in Longmont. They're some of the nicer and newer apartments in Longmont, but if you look to some of the other townhouses and condos in the area, you'll find much better deals...which is exactly what we did after staying here for a year.

I know who you are...I was one of your neighbors and you caused just as many problems as you are complaining about! The noise was outragous from your apartment above to our apartment, stomping around, slamming doors etc. The maintenance guys were always on top of things in my apartment. This person was just unhappy in life. They were never friendly. I saw the groundskeeper out there everyday in front of our apartment. I was happy here!
