Its a great place to live, nice and quite, management is great, they didnt even charge the 250$ admin fee when i moved out due to job change and braking the lease, they were able to lease it immediately and returned my security. Have u ever heard u beark the lease and getting ur money back. This is the best management i had ever seen. Its lettle bit on higher rent side, but u will never regret paying those 50 bucks extra
