it's a nice complex, and the rooms are clean and beautiful when you move in. The considerations: because of the vaulted ceilings, during the winter the master bedroom is always much colder than the rest of the apartment. when someone flushes the toilet in another apartment, it really affects your water presure - and i've acutally had the water stop for several seconds. when it snows, and you live on the 2nd floor, don't expect the stairs to be shoveled. both my neibors and i have acutually slipped at the base of the stairs due to ice. they were not very good with this. nor getting maintance to clean up or fix things. Postitives - good neighbors, realatively clean, quite. stayed over a year.
