We have lived here for seven months now and we really like it. The office staff is friendly and helpful. There are many people with dogs here and most owners keep their dogs well under control. There are always the occasional dog droppings on the grass from the exception to the rule, but for the most part the grounds are clean and well maintained.

We went through painting of the buildings and the decks and the office staff made sure to notify everyone when the painting on thier building would be starting at least 24 hours ahead of time and approximately how long it would go on.

The interior of the apartments are just beautiful. The walls are not painted the god-awful stark white that most apartment complexes seems to think is necessary. The walls are painted a refreshing light taupe color and have nice new fixtures and lights and appliances. Everything works well and when a maintenance problem arises they are usually taken care of same-day or the day after.

The neighboorhood surrounding the apartments has a lot of really nice brand new homes and so it is very safe to walk around, even at night. There are many dog paths around with frequent dog stations to deposit waste. It is located on the south side of Longmont so there is easy access by bus or car to Boulder.

It seems like some buildings may have more problems with parking than others, but as far as we have experienced, there have been no problems finding parking right outside our building. We have not had serious problems with noise either. The people next to us on our floor are occasionally rude and pump up their stereo which we can hear clearly through our walls, but it doesn't last long and we don't hear any noise from above or below (we are on the middle level).

We really like it here and feel very fortunate to have found such a great place moving here from out of state.
