Modern, quiet place, close to Boulder with good maintenance!

I've stayed at Foxridge for nearly 2 years and I'm now moving out. I thought I'll put down my opinions. Its a modern community. I rented the cheapest, smallest 1-bed apartment on the 3rd floor, and still had a very nice time living here. The windows are huge, so lots of light. The management has to be one of the most prompt I've seen. They actually respect the residents unlike many other apartments I've seen. Honestly I've never faced a problem with them. Very helpful even when I'm moving out.
The top-floor apartments have vaulted ceilings, which makes the apartment feel quite roomy! On some days, parking was a little hard to find, but definitely not too bad at all. I only wish they had free covered parking. I never rented a garage, but could get by in winters without too much difficulty.
I did not get a new carpet when I moved in, but it was shampooed and clean.
What else...Maintenance issues usually got resolved on the same day or sometimes the next day. The apartments are only about 5 years old, so maintenance problems are quite rare.
Being gated, the community feels quite secure at night.
Would have been good if they had more trees.
One thing I absolutely hated throughout my stay here was the stairs. The wooden stairs have cracks all over them, and I'm scared about them breaking and causing a nasty fall.
Hopefully, all the good things about this place go on unchanged....
